Remote Fehlermeldung
Hallo!
Wir haben ein Grafikproblem bei Remote verbindung auf einen PC. Dort will ein Kollege von zuhause auf einen PC im Büro zugreifen und AUTOCAD ausführen.
Habe ein Bild angehängt mit der Fehlermeldung. Grafiktreiber sind aktuell...
woran kann es liegen, dass er das Programm nicht startet?
Haben es schon mit Teamviewer versucht... im Gebäude geht es, von Ihm zuhause geht es nicht... das ist unsere andere Baustelle. Es ist uns nicht klar, wieso er von Zuhause nicht mit Teamviewer auf den PC kommt. Aber das ist nebensache! Für die Fehlermeldung vom Bild benötige ich hilfe!
Hat das schon mal jemand gehabt und wie kann man es beheben?
