Docx nicht korrekt registriert
Hallo,
auf 2 Clients habe ich das Problem, dass docx anscheinend nicht richtig im System mit Word (O365) registriert ist. Unter Standard Apps wird alles korrekt angezeigt, auch normale *.doc. Ein Doppelklick auf ein docx Dokument öffnet auch Word, aber wenn ich z.B. aus einer Applikation heraus einen Link anklicke, der auf docx verweist, dann bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung, dass kein Standardprogramm zugewiesen ist. Andere User an dem PC haben das Problem nicht. Hinzu kommt, dass bei docx Files nicht das Word-Icon angezeigt wird. Ganz merkwürdig. Löschen des Userprofils hat keinen Erfolg gebracht. Jetzt bin ich ratlos. Hat jemand eine Idee? In der Registry konnte ich keinen Hinweis finden.

Dann vergleichst du die Einträge ".doc" und ".docx" und setzt bei .docx das rein, was bei .doc steht.
Wenn die Einträge nicht vorhanden sind, manuell raussuchen und einfügen.
Bei mir sehen die Einträge so aus:
Die angepasste XML verteilst du dann per GPO auf die entsprechenden (oder am besten alle) Clients.

Danke. Das Verfahren habe ich bereits für andere Applikationen am laufen. Die Einträge für docx etc. sind bei mir lokal nicht vorhanden. Was meinst Du dann mit manuell raussuchen? Wo soll ich das suchen. Kann ich deine nehmen, oder beziehen sich diese auf eine andere Office Version, da da einmal 8 und 12 vorkommt.
Wenn man nochmals manuell die Standard Apps setzt, werden diese auch in der xml aufgelistet. Ich teste das jetzt mal.
Auch das Setzen der Standard Apps in der XML bringt keine Besserung. Habe an dem betroffenen Client mal nachgeschaut. Die GPO wird angewendet, aber wenn ich dann mit DISM mir die lokalen associations anschaue ist Word nicht mit dabei.

Habe gerade auch mal versucht via Dism die xml manuell einzuspielen. Keine Chance. Was läuft da falsch?
Hat denn keiner eine Idee? Hinzu kommt jetzt noch das Problem, dass an einigen Arbeitsplätzen auf einmal *.dot beim Doppelklick im Bearbeitungsmodus geöffnet wird. Auch da steht u.A. das Symbol nicht ( wird nicht das Word Symbol angezeigt.)
Habe jetzt schon soviel im Netz recherchiert, aber überall finde ich das gleiche vorgehen. Ich bin der Meinung, unsere Implementierung über die XML und GPO ist korrekt.
